1. User Responsibilities & Account Usage
To use our services, you must register a secure account. By signing up, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
- All health metrics, profile answers, and vital statistics provided are accurate and truthful.
- You will keep your login credentials secure and not share your account access with third parties.
- You will not use bots, scripts, or reverse-engineer any calculation algorithms on the platform.
2. Content & Data Ownership
We respect your ownership rights to your data:
- Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all raw health data and logs you record or import into the app. You grant PreventVital a limited, non-exclusive license to process, compute, and visualize this data.
- Platform Intellectual Property: The CVITAL Score™ algorithm, design assets, database structures, software source code, and VITA AI prompts/knowledge bases remain the exclusive property of gruentzig.ai Private Limited.
3. Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid premium features, wellness programs, or store orders are governed by the following rules:
- Billing: Fees are charged on a monthly or annual recurring basis, billed automatically in advance.
- Refund Policy: All subscription payments, program fees, and e-commerce transactions are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused programs.
- Cancellation: You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your paid billing period, after which the account will revert to the free tier.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gruentzig.ai Private Limited is not liable for any health outcomes, decisions made based on platform logs, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
